Innominds' CPO is Key Speaker at Management Conclave 2016

Lakshmi Achanta, Innominds' Chief People Officer (CPO) and Partner, was a key speaker at Management Conclave 2016, held at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak on October 15 - 16. Management Conclave brings industry leaders together for the purpose of networking and collaboration of ideas.  The 2016 event's focus was titled "India Vision 2020: Observations and Anticipations."

Lakshmi lead a panel discussion titled “Unconscious Bias: The Hidden Barrier”, where she spoke on how to overcome the biases in the work place  with confidence and commitment.

“Women are known for their ability to multi-task, balance, nurture and stay focused on tasks. These are pre-requisites for success of leaders,” said Lakshmi Achanta, CPO and Partner at Innominds.

“There are several role models for women in India, such as Chief Ministers, Parliamentarians, Speakers at the Legislature, Executives and Heads of banks and financial institutions. These role models give sufficient confidence and inspiration to the women to step forward.  Hence she encouraged women to select their mentors to give them right career direction for succeeding and excelling in their chosen profession.”
