Ravi Meduri is an EVP, with the global responsibility for Entperise Solutions and AI at Innominds. The solutions expertise spans verticals in Banking, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Manufacturing, Automotive etc. and covers the entire data and AI lifecycle. Ravi is also a core contributor to the assets and accelerators at Innominds on ML Ops, Data Annotation, Modern Data Platform, AI led Digital Quality Engineering etc. Ravi has two USPTO patents in Pattern Search and two more pending in feature engineering and pattern search space reduction. Currently he is researching in the application of multi-modal Gen AI and the role of agents to solve the complex problems of planning, reasoning and optimization. He has spoken in various international Data, AI and Technology events evangelizing and leveraging technology to solve complex problems. Ravi has been with Innominds for more than twelve years. Before joining Innominds, Ravi worked with Vetra Analytics, Satyam, Reliance Infocomm and ICICI Ltd. Ravi is an alumnus of IIT, Madras and IIM, Calcutta. He has received several international awards in Innovation, Design and Process Management.
As a world renowned mathematician Cosimo has brought a unique lens to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing for decades. His contributions in the fields of data science, graph theory, mathematical modeling, and predictive analytics have helped transform global supply chains and automation technologies. Cosimo is a Silicon Valley veteran who has held leadership positions for various early, mid, and late stage startups in the customer engagement technology and energy spaces. Prior to working in technology Cosimo was a Fullbright professor at the University of California at Berkeley and a professor at the University of Siena.
Daniel Hong is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in contact center and customer experience. Prior to Minerva CQ, Daniel was a VP for Forrester’s CRM, Customer Service, and Collaboration practice and the Healthcare practice. There he helped Fortune 1000 clients create omnichannel, co-pilot, and conversational AI strategies to improve customer and agent experiences. Daniel has been quoted in various publications including The Wall Street Journal, Economist, NY Times, NPR, and others.
