This quarter, Innominds was recognized as an “Aspirant” in Everest Group’s Industry 4.0 Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025, reaffirming our growing impact in the digital engineering and smart manufacturing domains.
Thought leadership was in focus as our CTO, Meduri Ravi Kumar, authored a widely-read article in ETCIO on how modern data architectures are unlocking the true potential of big data for enterprise transformation.
We continued to shape conversations on technology with two signature webinars—one on AI’s role in transforming testing and development lifecycles, and another spotlighting women driving ethical and inclusive AI innovation.
Our presence at BioAsia 2025 and M3 User Group Americas further strengthened our position as a trusted partner for AI, IoT, platform modernization, and cloud migration across healthcare and manufacturing industries.
Our case studies highlighted measurable impact: 50% faster decision-making in real estate tech, 60% fewer UAT defects in SAP testing, and up to 40% improvement in operational efficiency through AI-led automation.
Dear Colleagues,
Imagine this: If you and I each have one apple and we exchange them, we still end up with one apple apiece. But if we each have one idea and share them, we walk away with two ideas, enriching both our perspectives. This is the power of knowledge exchange—a core principle that drives our editorial approach. At Innominds, we believe in a shared journey of learning, where innovation grows through collaboration and thought leadership.
We are excited to introduce our newly structured Editorial Board, a team dedicated to bringing diverse perspectives and insightful content to our colleagues. This board comprises of Sunaina Srivastava, Harshita Verma, Nikhil Bhardwaj, Mahalingam Murali Iyer, Bharath Bhushan Pattem, Gooty Mohammed Muhafeez, and Suraj Gurnani.
We look forward to engaging with each of you in a meaningful exchange of ideas that fosters growth and shared success. Please share your suggestions/feedback at newsletter@innominds.com.
Regards,
Anjan Jayasimha

Powering data with intelligent action driving competitive advantage
Data is the New Currency, and driving value through intelligent action is the key for business success. Our CTO, Meduri Ravi Kumar, explores this shift in his latest thought leadership article published by ETCIO. Learn more on how he delves into the evolution of data architectures and how modern data platforms are reshaping how companies harness big data to stay ahead of the competition.
I joined Innominds as a QA Engineer in April 2006, starting as an individual contributor under the mentorship of Mr. Sagar Pathaneni. With his guidance, I gained vital skills in time, resource, and client management. Over time, I became a domain expert and led key projects like TaxYantra and Case Central. A major milestone was leading the high-stakes Democrasoft project, successfully resolving client escalations and delivering results with zero post-production issues. This led to an onsite opportunity and marked my leadership journey. Innominds has truly shaped my career, recognizing hard work and providing continuous growth.
Cloud-native engineering is a critical enabler for organizations striving to lead in the digital era. It empowers enterprises to design, develop, and scale modern applications with exceptional speed, agility, and resilience—core capabilities required to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment. By embracing foundational cloud-native principles—such as microservices architecture, containerization, serverless computing, and continuous delivery—organizations can accelerate their digital transformation journeys, adapt rapidly to shifting market demands, and deliver seamless, high-performance digital experiences at scale.
At Innominds, this convergence of digital engineering and cloud-native innovation is central to our mission—enabling the creation of future-ready, intelligent, and cloud-powered solutions that empower our clients to stay ahead in a competitive, cloud-first world. As part of its ongoing commitment to upskilling and cloud competency development, the SPDE Practice at Innominds successfully conducted the AWS Developer Certification Training for two batches of 30 participants each. The comprehensive program, delivered over 20 to 30 hours per batch, focused on key AWS services, developer tools, and best practices for building robust, scalable, and cloud-native applications. Designed to be hands-on and interactive, the training enabled participants to gain both in-depth conceptual understanding and practical experience with AWS. The initiative not only strengthened the team’s technical capabilities but also aligned with Innominds broader vision of driving innovation through continuous learning and cloud adoption. With over 60 team members trained, this program marks a significant step forward in our cloud transformation journey. Furthermore, 20 to 30 team members are actively working toward completing their AWS Developer Certification by August 2025, reinforcing our culture of certification readiness and engineering excellence.
The training is strongly aligned with the latest trends in digital engineering, emphasizing technology modernization through cloud platforms, microservices, serverless architectures, and developer-centric automation. This initiative reinforces Innominds’ strategic position at the forefront of cloud acceleration and cloud-native product engineering, empowering our teams to architect and deliver intelligent, scalable, and resilient digital solutions. By building hands-on expertise in these transformative technologies, we are well-positioned to meet the rapidly evolving demands of the modern technology landscape and drive innovation for our clients across industries.

“We estimate that as much as 90 percent of the failures in ML development come not from developing poor models but from poor productization practices and the challenges of integrating the model with production data and business applications, which keep the model from scaling and performing as intended. Effective productization requires developing an integrated set of components to support the model (or, often, set of models) such as data assets, ML algorithms, software, and user interface.” - McKinsey & Company
