Tony is accountable for IoT customer value realization, business development, rapid solution deployment, joint customer GTM programs and accelerating time and process to large-scale commercial deployments.
The IBA team focuses on top industries such as IIoT/Manufacturing, Mobility/Connected Vehicle, Smart Spaces/Utilities, Retail, Healthcare and Agriculture.
The Microsoft IoT team develops unique IoT/AI/ML technologies and digital solutions for all industries. Microsoft is also the leader in the hybrid intelligent cloud and edge architectures and provides a comprehensive Platform-as-a-service and Software-as-a-service (IoT Central) capabilities for rapidly developing and deploying massively scalable IoT applications.
Tony has more than 27 years of business leadership and management experience in the communications space. As Vice President of IoT Vertical Business Solutions for Cisco, Tony led Cisco’s Internet of Things business development, industrial solutions creation, vertical thought leadership and customer relevancy across Process Manufacturing (Oil & Gas and Mining), Discrete Manufacturing, Transportation, Utilities, Smart City, M2M, Retail and Defense verticals. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering with honors in Math from McMaster and Brock Universities in Ontario, Canada.
As part of Microsoft’s IoT Solutions team, Sally (@sallyafrank) helps healthcare and life sciences companies use IoT to improve patient outcomes and efficiency. With more than 20 years in the technology industry, she helps providers, payers, medical device, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies use IoT, machine learning, predictive analytics and artificial intelligence to meet the changing demands of the healthcare industry. Focused on business outcomes, Sally has been advising customers about IoT for more than 7 years, starting in the manufacturing sector before focusing on healthcare. She holds an MBA from The George Washington University (Washington, DC), an MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a BS in Marketing and Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
Todd Usen is an accomplished and seasoned leader with more than 25 years of medical device and healthcare experience, and a proven track record of leading, developing and executing commercialization strategies and driving market development initiatives for profitable growth. He joined Activ Surgical in January 2019 after serving as the President of the Medical Systems Group at Olympus Corporation of the Americas, where he helped lead the group’s expansion from six medical divisions to 11.
Prior to joining the Olympus Corporation, Todd held the position of President, Orthopedics, at Smith and Nephew, overseeing the Total Joint, Sports Medicine and Trauma divisions. He held several other vital positions for Smith and Nephew including Senior Vice President and General Manager, Joint Reconstruction; Senior Vice President, Sports Medicine; and Senior Vice President, Endoscopy. Prior to Smith and Nephew, Todd worked for Boston Scientific as the Vice President of Sales for the Neurovascular division, Director of Endoscopy Sales, and Global Manager of Field Development. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Business and did his M.B.A. work at Pepperdine University.
Tom Calef is a highly accomplished medical roboticist and seasoned engineering leader who has delivered breakthrough innovation in surgical robotics. Previously, he was the Director of Advanced Robotics at Medrobotics, where he led the development and release of the first flexible surgical robotics platform, grew the engineering team from two to 50 people, and guided numerous surgical robotics products through 510k clearance. He holds both a B.S. in Computer Engineering and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
Raj Ganti is responsible for serving the needs of Innominds key/strategic accounts. In his role, he helps Innominds clients accelerate their digital transformation journey, helping them deploy a combination of Connected Devices (5G), Edge Compute (AI/ML), and Cloud platforms. Raj has worked with a range of global clients in the area of digital advisory, cross practice solutions, and digital platforms.
