Later, we brainstorm, connect the dots, churn and get an initial direction to identify & understand the problem or business objective. ### Define In this phase, we analyse the data and come up with quick design concepts. We apply critical & lateral thinking and follow UCD methodologies to find the solution. Based on the user personas & use cases, we create User Journey Maps, Task Flows & Information Architecture. ### Detail   Based on the defined solution approach, we start designing the detailed interactions. We detail out, iterate & enhance until they are visually aesthetic & fool-proof. We frequently connect with stakeholders to make sure the solution is relevant.
