Dear Colleagues,
Imagine this: If you and I each have one apple and we exchange them, we still end up with one apple apiece. But if we each have one idea and share them, we walk away with two ideas, enriching both our perspectives. This is the power of knowledge exchange—a core principle that drives our editorial approach. At Innominds, we believe in a shared journey of learning, where innovation grows through collaboration and thought leadership.
We are excited to introduce our newly structured Editorial Board, a team dedicated to bringing diverse perspectives and insightful content to our colleagues. This board comprises of Harshita Verma, Nikhil Bhardwaj, Mahalingam Murali Iyer, Bharath Bhushan Pattem, Gooty Mohammed Muhafeez, and Suraj Gurnani.
We look forward to engaging with each of you in a meaningful exchange of ideas that fosters growth and shared success. Please share your suggestions/feedback at newsletter@innominds.com.
Regards,

According to Forrester, by 2026, 30% of enterprise application vendors will launch Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, enabling secure collaboration with external AI agents and accelerating enterprise-wide adoption of cross-platform agentic workflows.
By 2026, Deloitte estimates that 25% of enterprises using generative AI will launch agentic AI pilots, rising to 50% by 2027, marking an inflection point as organizations shift from experimentation to AI-first delivery models requiring scale, governance, and measurable impact.
Innominds has been positioned as Product Challenger in the ISG Provider Lens™ study:
Innominds has been positioned as a “Major Contender” by Everest Group in the following 2025 PEAK Matrix® Assessments:
Indian Global Capability Centres (GCCs) are evolving beyond their traditional role as cost-arbitrage engines. They are emerging as strategic innovation hubs driving enterprise transformation on a global scale. In a CIOTechOutlook viewpoint, Anil Kumar Katakam, Chief Operating Officer, Innominds highlights how GCCs are becoming fully functional business hubs. By leveraging talent, nurturing a strong organizational culture, building ecosystem partnerships, and adopting emerging technologies such as AI and digital engineering, these centres are accelerating innovation and growth for enterprises worldwide.
Innominds delivered a comprehensive AI-powered solution that integrated seamlessly into the support ecosystem, enabling agents with real-time insights to drive faster and more accurate dispatch decisions.
Innominds implemented a cloud-native, scalable data architecture that enabled automated data pipelines, multilingual localization, enterprise integrations, real-time monitoring, and consistent global performance through a serverless, auto-scaling deployment model.
On October 9th, 2025, Innominds hosted a day-long, AI-led Quality Engineering enablement program in collaboration with ACCELQ, reinforcing our continuous learning culture and commitment to future-ready skills. The session focused on empowering our QE practitioners with hands-on exposure to no-code automation and modern testing practices. The outcome was truly remarkable—64 engineers participated in the certification drive, and 63 successfully earned their certifications on the same day, reflecting both the program’s effectiveness and our teams’ strong learning agility.
More than a training milestone, this initiative represents a strategic step toward building an automation-first, AI-driven quality ecosystem within Innominds. Through partnerships like ACCELQ, we continue to invest in practical, high-impact learning experiences that directly translate into business value.
By nurturing intelligent testing capabilities today, we are shaping a workforce that is confident, adaptive, and equipped to deliver excellence in tomorrow’s digital landscape.
The event provided an opportunity to share how Innominds is supporting organizations in moving from legacy systems to modern, scalable, and AI-driven Quality Engineering solutions. These approaches help improve test coverage, reduce costs, and enhance overall software quality across functional, performance, security, and mobile testing.
The conclave also enabled meaningful discussions and exchange of insights with industry leaders on the evolving future of Quality Engineering.
Teaching Beyond the Classroom
Featuring: Naveen Saggam, Senior Engineer, Experience Engineering
I started my YouTube channel, UiBrains Technologies, in 2021 with a simple goal to share practical knowledge and real-world insights gained through my learning and professional experience. The idea was to make quality technical education accessible and help learners build strong foundations that support long-term career growth.
What motivated me most was the desire to give back to the community by teaching what I had learned and guiding others toward successful career outcomes. I strongly believe that knowledge grows when it is shared, and this belief continues to drive my efforts. Encouraging learners, building their confidence, and supporting them in getting placed and succeeding professionally has been deeply fulfilling.
Over time, this initiative has grown into a strong learning community. Today, my YouTube channel has reached 26.5K subscribers, and my Udemy courses have impacted 50,000+ learners worldwide—milestones that reflect the relevance and impact of practical, industry-focused learning.
Alongside online education, I’ve also conducted multiple corporate training programs and served as a guest lecturer at engineering colleges. These sessions, focused on technologies such as React JS, Next JS, and backend development, allowed me to work closely with professionals and students, tailoring content to real project needs and current industry standards.
A significant part of this journey has been shaped by my experience at Innominds, where I currently work as a Senior Engineer. Innominds provided me with a strong platform to work on cutting-edge technologies, real-world enterprise projects, and innovative problem-solving approaches. The organization’s culture of continuous learning, ownership, and engineering excellence played a crucial role in strengthening my technical depth and professional confidence.
The support, trust, and encouragement from leadership and peers enabled me to pursue knowledge-sharing initiatives alongside my professional responsibilities, ultimately helping me achieve my personal and career goals.
This journey has been driven by a passion for teaching, continuous learning, and helping individuals and teams grow both technically and professionally. I look forward to continuing this effort and creating an even greater impact in the learning community.
