Dear Colleagues,
Imagine this: If you and I each have one apple and we exchange them, we still end up with one apple apiece. But if we each have one idea and share them, we walk away with two ideas, enriching both our perspectives. This is the power of knowledge exchange—a core principle that drives our editorial approach. At Innominds, we believe in a shared journey of learning, where innovation grows through collaboration and thought leadership.
We are excited to introduce our newly structured Editorial Board, a team dedicated to bringing diverse perspectives and insightful content to our colleagues. This board comprises of Harshita Verma, Nikhil Bhardwaj, Mahalingam Murali Iyer, Bharath Bhushan Pattem, Gooty Mohammed Muhafeez, and Suraj Gurnani.
We look forward to engaging with each of you in a meaningful exchange of ideas that fosters growth and shared success. Please share your suggestions/feedback at newsletter@innominds.com.
Regards,
Anjan Jayasimha

Pharmaceutical companies facing Form 483 observations must proactively address compliance gaps in their manufacturing facilities and operational processes. Among the most pressing challenges are data integrity and data quality, which continue to test the industry’s ability to meet stringent regulatory standards. Today, however, technology has emerged as a transformative enabler. By adopting advanced digital solutions, pharma manufacturers can not only overcome these challenges but also establish more robust systems to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and sustained trust. Chasing Moments, Not Miles
Featuring: Gopi Krishna Bhuvanam, Senior HR Analyst
“I simply did what I wanted to do. Passion isn’t something anyone can teach or tell you to have—it rises from within and stays with you for a lifetime.”
That’s how my travel journey began. No big plan, no expectation that it would become my thing. I just packed my bag one day and set off somewhere new because I felt like it. One trip led to another, and before I knew it, I had posted hundreds of travel videos on YouTube and Instagram.
Some got 1K views, others 10M—but honestly, it never mattered. I wasn’t chasing numbers; I was chasing moments, stories, and the joy of sharing them.
For me, drone flying started as a simple curiosity but soon became something I truly love. There’s a special thrill in watching the world unfold from above—capturing temples, landscapes, and moments that tell stories from a whole new angle.
Balancing my role as a Senior HR Analyst with travel and content creation has been an adventure in itself. From planning trips around deliverables to editing videos late into the night, every challenge—be it cancellations, long hours, or imperfect content—taught me patience, adaptability, and consistency.
Travel opened my eyes to the world and taught me to observe, listen, and connect—skills that now shape how I approach people and problems at work.
For me, passion isn’t about recognition. It’s about showing up for what you love, again and again, whether anyone is watching or not.
To my colleagues: Find what excites you and nurture it alongside your work. Passion has a way of enriching both your personal and professional life.
