  • Solid experience in participation in the entire deal lifecycle right from first calls, face to face meetings, high quality collateral development, proposals, statements of work, proposal defiance sessions, with specific Quality Engineering Minimum experience must be 5 years in pure play testing services. Overall experience about 10 years at minimum
  • Writing winning RFP responses and winning the RFP from Enterprises against the best of breed competition
  • Creating compelling solution decks and RFP defense decks for both Enterprises and ISVs. Adept at proposing creative engagement and commercial models ensuring win/win for Innominds and the clients while ensure healthy GM
  • Support the sales team on calls, providing support in terms of high quality collateral and All deadlines are met and all requests are managed on time, zero escalations from the sales. Available to travel to client site in any geography, within short notice
  • Train and mentor the entire team in writing proposals and SOWs and ensure that that qualified LEAD to DEAL conversion ratio from is above 5%
  • Promotes camaraderie, team work and collaboration amongst all practices by sharing resources, collateral to reduce redundancies and achieve Working together with the team across geographies and practices to achieve organizational goals.
  • Key contributor in establishing Pre-Sales collaterals, Testing IP, Service line capabilities, new pricing models and knowledge repository for instant global access
  • Strengthen reusable assets repository across domains and key service offerings and provide trainings to team on customer advocacy, new service offerings
  • Support in designing sales campaigns and inside sales campaigns, corporate strategy and reporting pre-sales performance metrics
  • Support Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Inside Sales Teams and other support teams to achieve organizational goals and Increased brand positioning
  • Proactive ownership, periodic updates to Corporate Deck to stay ahead of the game
  • Deep understanding of overall STLC and QA processes across functional, automation, performance and security testing
  • Solid understanding of emerging QE practices related performance engineering, security engineering, Agile and DevOps
