At Innominds Digital Transformation initiatives include development of applications from design to user interfaces to backend server code that can be deployed on premise and in cloud. Applications can be monolithic or fully scalable and distributed. 

Expected role and responsibilities:  

  • The role should be an extension of the executive leadership team (CEO, CTO, COO, CPO) to execute significant strategic, operational and culture agendas 

  • Implement the executive strategy with moderate to significant changes at both strategic and operational levels

  • Work with leadership team for improvements to organization structure, identify gaps and address them

  • Be a focal point of convergence of business groups to put the organization on the rapid growth trajectory path. These groups include – Sales team (Inside sales, pre-sales and Field sales), Marketing team, Recruitment team, Engineering team and General HR team.

  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

  • Managing client portfolio's or a portfolio of digital projects / programs within an enterprise and ISV market

  • Periodic >>Weekly, sometimes daily>>  review of important projects, provide direction to delivery managers for improved customer satisfaction

  • Oversee the delivery metrics, identify opportunities to use leading indicators and predictive methods to bring in delivery excellence

  • Maintain regular connect with key customers to ensure objectives are aligned and strengthen the relationship. Establish Governance models as appropriate for the success of the customer relationships and also grow the revenue from month-to-month and quarter-to-quarter.

  • Build and develop relationships with team members across all level for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations. This is to work towards establishing a non-hierarchical culture.  More so make them OWN things with greater accountability.

  • Hire, retain and grow exceptional talent in the organization and also review the current pyramid and balance to optimize the skillset and GM

  • Drive/initiate the programs to strengthen the technical engineering engagement – identify areas to contribute to open source, participate in tech events, sponsor events to improve branding, have innovation events – this requires collaboration with L&D and HR teams

  • Continue to drive IP initiatives to a successful conclusion and GTM

  •  Growth of the practices of DPA, UI and UX per the agreed annual goals

  • Define and deliver market offerings for the practice and additional green filed areas in LCNC (low-code / no code) or Digital platforms competency globally. Responsible for the marketing and sales enablement.

  • Employee Engagement and customer success for the practices

  • Ensure Projects are Audited regularly for quality and SDLC for better delivery across the company yielding better customer success

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in leading and scaling successful teams in selling digital engineering, product development, and product support offerings to enterprise technology or enterprises 
  • Exceptional communication skills with analytical problem-solving and good client-need-assessment aptitude coupled with consultative sales to CXOs and LOB heads
  • Experience with shaping, solutioning and negotiating large complex, creative, and innovative outsourcing and transformation deals 
  • 10+ years with progressively increasing sales responsibility and having proven history of consistently overachieving sales quotas 
  • 5+ years in sales team management and leading teams selling USD 8-10MN in total revenue 
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to technical management. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
  • Excellent technical skills (i.e., engineering, R & D, product design/development per assigned sector or customer) to align Innominds division with customer's technology road map  
  • Ability to grasp an gain good understanding of Innominds and Services capabilities across BUs 
  • Strong customer service skills and experience 
  • Basic financial skill knowledge and aptitude to assess P&L of BU
  •  Good leadership/people-management skills
  • Hustler who believes in getting things done both internally and for the customer 
  • Enjoy travelling and being in front of the prospects and customers 
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree

Preferred Skills 

  •  Experience in managing teams
  •  Experienced in selling IT/Product Engineering Services and familiar with spectrum of offerings with Devices, Applications and Analytics 
  • Understands and passionate about Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, new age technologies and excited about the way future technology is shaping – Cloud/DevOps, IoT, AI & ML and Blockchain for various business verticals 
  • Experience as a consulting manager in a top-tier management consulting firm or Full Life Cycle Product Engineering services firm 
  • Experience with an IT Outsourcing Service provider chasing enterprise clients in Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics and Automotive verticals
