Inside Sales Director

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in prospecting clients (who are likely to buy testing services) in NA, APAC, and Europe via smart e-mail based campaigns
  • Must have had experience managing and building large Inside Sales Team which can consistently generate 5 leads per each Inside Sales Rep per month via email campaigns, and the leads which have closure rate from 7% to 10%
  • Experience working with sales team across diverse regions, with varying regional requirements and preferences, and with highly demand through put of qualified leads, more than 100 leads per month at minimum
  • Experience managing, mentoring, motivating large teams with creative incentive schemes, training activities, performance dashboards, intelligent inputs for smart campaigns, smart e- mail follow-ups, custom message scripts, building smart contact database. Ensure team is able to meet the objectives set below
  • Determine a targeted list of companies/ contacts to prospect and also for cold calling / executive email campaigns
  • Exceptional email based selling experience - this will be predominant inside sales engagement activities.
  • Experience in prospecting companies who are likely to buy Testing Services in the US and Europe Markets
  • Prospecting new accounts and build relationships with potential customers via primary & secondary research and e-mail campaigns
  • Specialist in leveraging appropriate social channels, professional networks and all available sources of information, contacts to engage prospects
  • A proven ability to identify opportunities and leverage internal & external resources Strong qualification skills are a must to be successful in this role.
  • Well versed in working under pressure, tight deadlines and target driven environments, and ability to adapt to changing geographies, supporting BDMs, and types of offerings to be sold
  • Provide insightful reports and dashboards in a methodological manner to reporting managers and Business heads
  • Experience in driving attendance to the trade shows/events, conferences, webinars,
  • Display good understanding of region specific business intel, cultural nuances, and buying patterns and preferences
