Innominds is currently looking for a 'Design & UX specialist/Consultant' for our US office at SanJose.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a broad service design experience providing strategic & Tactical design direction & design solutions for clients
  • Can be part of / support business development team and work on Sales Proposals & Pitch specific to UX team
  • Has experience in conducting workshops with clients to elicit requirements and/or to understand business vision & goals.
  • Can apply design thinking, work with cross functional teams and deliver quality detailed design solutions
  • Can work with other design members to define a clear project delivery plan and deliver quality design solutions
  • Has the design acumen and passion to drive any complex situation on his/her stride
  • Good understanding of Web technologies like HTML5, CSS3JS Angular & React JS
  • Knowledge of RWD, SPA, Hybrid and Mobile application design.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the User Experience space or Service design
  • Has an educational background, Degree in design or HCI related fields
  • Prior experience in working on digital products & applications including platforms like web and mobile
  • Experience with Client discussions, setting expectations & providing estimations
  • Experience in client negotiations, providing design walkthroughs to client
  • Hands on Experience with business modelling, Interaction design, User Research & other UCD methodologies, Visual design & Visual Specifications
  • Comfortable with Fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working globally distributed teams
