The off-site design and development will require proper and timely exchange of information to avoid confusion and misinterpretation on various issues. For this purpose, Innominds will send reports as mentioned below to the Project Coordinator. The report will highlight the progress of the project, any problems encountered and out-standing issues, if any.
Clarifications will be sought and provided during the course of the project. This will be done in writing in a mutually agreed format. The final decisions will be documented before implementation. To avoid delays in project completion, the Project Coordinator will ensure that any queries raised by Innominds will be responded to within two days.
