Rao is the CEO of Innominds Software, Inc and co-founded Innominds in 1998.He is an accomplished entrepreneur, leader and a result oriented technology executive with a proven track record. He is focused on growing and expanding the global market share of Innominds.
Rao has more than 20 years of experience in building global companies to become leaders in their industries. Prior to Innominds, Rao has held senior level management and technology positions at IBM (Lotus), Novell, Pacific Bell, CMC and First Virtual Corp. He takes active role in leadership development and mentoring the company's future leaders.
Rao earned an MS (Computer Science) from IIT, Chennai, India, and an MBA from J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Syam Peela

As President, Syam has been involved in defining the company’s long-term corporate strategy for Innominds. He co-founded Innominds in 1998 and served as its CEO from 2003 to late 2006. He is a technology executive, thought leader and a visionary with a proven track record of building and growing global organizations. In his leadership and with his customer-centric focus, he built global delivery teams to achieve critical business objectives with significant top-line and bottom-line growth. A 19-year veteran in the Software industry, Syam has served Fortune 500 customers and held various senior level management positions for major corporations such as NASA, Cadence, EDS, Cisco, Netfish/IONA and Finaline.
His technical expertise is in heading large-scale implementations of ERP systems, designing/architecting common interfaces across disparate enterprise applications, building and leading large product engineering teams. His key accomplishments include design and development of Cisco Virtual Close a system for global shipments and revenue across all the business entities across disparate implementations of Oracle Applications. He is also serving in the Advisory Board of Directors for Collabis.
Syam has a BS in Computer Science and engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India. |

Divakar Tantravahi

Divakar co-founded Innominds in 1998 and has held senior level positions in
software development and product management for over 19 years. Previously,
he was the Managing Director, Everypath Inc. (India) and was responsible for
delivering J2EE compliant Mobile Application Gateway and mobile enabling of
web applications. Prior to Everypath, Divakar was a senior development
manager at Informix where he was responsible for delivering various
generations of database server products. He managed global engineering teams
servicing clients in US and Japan leading product development and
professional services teams in Hyderabad, San Jose, Tokyo and Toronto.
He has set up new corporate entities, built peak performing teams and
achieved critical business objectives including increased customer service
levels and satisfaction.
Divakar has an MS (CS) from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, USA.

Anil Kumar Katakam

Anil brings in over 16 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, operations and executive management. He built the revenue channels and developed markets in IT, Industrial automation and data acquisition systems. He also led key initiatives that powered the company’s entry into fast growth markets, including software solutions and design services.

Mrs. Rajya Lakshmi has a career
span of eleven years, with rich experience in Human
Resource Management in IT, ITES, Manufacturing & Corporate
sectors in most respected and diversified organization.
She has made visible and significant contributions
by way of extensive deployment of proactive HR strategies
and diagnostic tools. Prior to joining Innominds Software,
she was head of Human Resource at Navionics India,
where she was responsible for the entire gamut of Human
Resources functions of Software Development and ITES
Business Units. Prior to that Lakshmi served as director
HR in Avineon India, where she designed and implemented
various HR processes resulting into significant improvements
in attracting and retention of talent, employee participation
and rationalization of manpower.
Lakshmi holds Masters in Human Resource Management
from Osmania University. |
